Justice Wears Resilience

Standing Against Arrogance and Injustice: The Fight for Accountability

To the Community and All Who Value Justice and Integrity,

After weeks of being ignored and dismissed by Greenpalm Publishing, I feel compelled to share my experience and expose their unethical practices. Despite fulfilling their requests for professional services—including a book review, two articles, and time spent correcting their mistakes—they have only deposited a pitiful 300 Toman into my account. This amount is less than 10% of what is rightfully owed for the work I delivered with diligence and professionalism.

To add insult to injury, this partial payment was accompanied by a WhatsApp message stating:
"Salamun Alaykum, Money for the session you came to the institute,"
along with a receipt for 300T.

This message, and the payment itself, are nothing more than a mockery of the time, effort, and expertise I dedicated to their requests. When I responded to clarify that approximately 3 million Toman is still outstanding, they offered no meaningful resolution. Instead, they resorted to hollow platitudes such as "Wish you success," as if my concerns could be dismissed with empty words. Let me be clear: I do not need their wishes. I need my rightful payment for the work they requested, received, and promised to compensate.

Their arrogance escalates further with their audacious behavior of following my WhatsApp status updates, where I have been posting updates about this dispute. These updates, which I have also sent directly to their company account, have been met with continued silence and inaction.

For context, it cost me 80,000 Toman just to attend a meeting with them—a meeting where they attempted to humiliate me. But they have gravely underestimated me. Justice will prevail, and their efforts to silence or diminish my voice will not succeed.

This is not merely a financial insult; it is a blatant attempt to devalue honest work and dismiss the labor of others. What makes this situation even more outrageous is their refusal to meet me halfway. If they had truly sought resolution, they could have at least offered fair payment for the articles or the review. Instead, they have chosen to act with complete disregard for their obligations and my efforts.

I have informed them that I am escalating this case by sending a letter to Sayyid Ali Khamenei’s office. If necessary, I will also involve law enforcement. While this initially appeared to be a dispute between myself and the institution, it has become clear from his individual behavior that there is something far more personal at play. For this reason, I believe it is time for his name to be exposed. Why should he be allowed to hide behind the anonymity of an institution while engaging in such unacceptable behavior?

One clear example of this is his statement that he had spoken to the finance department, and they decided that I should not be paid. Their justification? They claimed I had sent the files during the negotiation phase—an allegation that is verifiably false. When I questioned him, asking if he had informed finance that he himself had explicitly requested the files along with my account information, he failed to respond. Shortly afterward, I was blocked.

I have stood up with my name, and he must also be held accountable for his actions—especially as someone holding the position of a cleric. Arrogance and dishonesty cannot remain hidden, and those responsible must face the consequences of their behavior.

This post serves as a public record of their failure to uphold their commitments and a call to action for the community. I urge you to support this fight for justice: share this post, raise awareness, and hold Greenpalm Publishing accountable.

Greenpalm’s actions—or lack thereof—are not just a reflection of one company’s arrogance. They are a symptom of a broader issue: the exploitation and dismissal of labor, especially in creative fields. If they believe they can silence individuals through neglect or arrogance, they are gravely mistaken.

To Greenpalm Publishing: justice will prevail. To the community: your support will make all the difference. Let us stand together to demand accountability and fairness for all who value integrity and justice.
